NDSU Alumni Association Board of Directors

The Association is governed by a volunteer board of directors. The board consists of 32 members, which includes 30 alumni, one student representative and the university president. Representing 80,000 living alumni, the board sets policy, recognizes outstanding alumni and assists the university with specific goals and objectives. Directors serve as ambassadors for NDSU.

Board members meet two to three times a year in Fargo and are responsible to cover travel and lodging expenses. Board members are appointed to a working committee. Most of the committee work is accomplished and scheduled around board meetings or conducted via conference call and e-mail.
