The North Dakota State University Foundation and Alumni Association (“Foundation”) seeks innovative, collaborative and mission-driven individuals to consider joining a growing team dedicated to maximizing advocacy and philanthropy to advance North Dakota’s land-grant university. The Foundation is a nonprofit organization charged with facilitating opportunities for external partners to enhance the advancement of education, research and service at NDSU. We collaborate with campus partners, students and alumni, along with business, industry and the community to share NDSU’s story, raise funds, manage assets and administer resources. Located in Fargo, ND, the Foundation manages total assets of nearly $250 million, including an endowment of $155 million.

Associate Director or Director of Development – College of Human Development and Education - Responsible for identification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of an assigned portfolio of leadership and major gift prospects and donors. The selected candidate will partner with the College of Human Development and Education within NDSU to assist in the execution of fundraising priorities in an ultimate effort to meet the goals of the university’s strategic vision and mission.
