Erik Hatch, B.S. 2002, Speech Communication, is a Realtor at Keller Williams Realty and Director of Homeless and Hungry in Fargo.

Hatch’s volunteer service in the Fargo-Moorhead community has been unprecedented. Hatch has volunteered countless hours in the community and helped raise money for numerous FM community agencies. Hatch helped start the Homeless and Hungry Project; a 30-hour homeless simulation where participants fast, sleep in a cardboard box and engage in the community through worship, outreach and service. Over the last five years, Homeless and Hungry has raised over $630,000, empowered over 3,000 people as participants/volunteers and collected over 100,000 pounds of donations for the local shelters.

Hatch was recently tapped to be the Food Service Chief for the Salvation Army during the 2010 Fargo-Moorhead flood fight. Hatch has also served as Board of Trustees Chairman for Alpha Tau Omega fraternity and as the alumni advisor for the Blue Key National Honor Society.
