As the senior vice president of development, Monique provides strategic leadership, management, and oversight of the organization's development team which includes fundraising and events. In partnership with campus leadership, the development team is focused on building relationships and advancing philanthropy to meet the goals of the university's strategic vision and mission.
Prior to this role, Monique served as a director of development for the College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Science and the College of Science and Mathematics at NDSU. She has worked in development for nearly 30 years, supporting healthcare, education, and nonprofit organizations. She received her bachelor's degree from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota, and a master's degree from NDSU in community and regional planning. She currently lives on a century farm in Becker County, Minnesota, with her husband, Keven.
